If you are an existing Happy Tails or Fit Dog client, we’ve already created an account for you!  Gingr, our online account management system allows you to login 24 hours a day to make and cancel boarding reservations, Fit Dog appointments as well as update feeding and medication info and more!

If you have been a previous customer with us, we have switched to Gingr to manage our clients & schedules.  We are excited to use this program because you’re able to book boarding online as well as Fit Dog appointments online.  You’re also able to view appointment and reservation dates & times.

YOU MOST LIKELY ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH US!  So, the first step would be adding a password to your account so you can change/add information, view your reservations and appointments, view your invoices, etc:

After you log in, you can update all of your information (you can add extra family members, contact info, emergency contact info) but even more important, we need you to log in and update your pet’s account information – their feeding info, medicine, etc.)

If you are doing boarding or a residency for the first time with us, we’ll need you to complete the boarding & training waiver.  If you are adding Fit Dog activities to your stay, you will need to complete the Fit Dog waiver.  If your dog LOVES playing with other dogs and you want to add on playtime, you’ll need to sign the dog play waiver.  If you are an existing client and have already signed the agreements, we’d love if you’d resign them so they’re in your account for the future.
